How I Actually Work With Teams

Most engagements start before anything is built. A team has an AI idea, a manual process that has outgrown its people, or a prototype that works in a demo and fails everywhere else. The strategy work comes first: deciding what is genuinely worth building.

From there I work on direction and technical decisions with the people accountable for the outcome — scope, architecture, data, risk, cost, and who owns the system once it is live. When execution is required, delivery runs through Conversantech and the engineering team I lead.

I stay involved through production, because the decisions that matter most are usually the ones made after the first release.

From Building Software to Building Responsibility

My career did not move through a series of carefully planned titles. It grew through increasing responsibility.

What began with writing software gradually expanded into understanding clients, leading teams, managing delivery, building a company, and helping businesses make better technology decisions.

01 / Builder

Learning to Build Reliable Software

I started by learning how reliable software is designed, developed, tested, and maintained. Those years taught me that writing code is one part of building something useful. Understanding the user, the business process, and the consequences of a technical decision matters just as much.

02 / Founder

Building Conversantech

Founding Conversantech expanded my responsibility beyond software delivery. I became accountable for clients, teams, timelines, commercial decisions, and long-term relationships — several of which have now continued for more than seven years. It taught me to balance engineering quality with business reality and measurable outcomes.

03 / AI Systems Strategist

Applying Experience to AI and Transformation

Today I apply those lessons to AI, automation, and digital transformation. My role is not to recommend new technology. It is to help determine where it genuinely belongs, how it should be implemented, and what is required to make it dependable at scale.

Principles That Guide the Way I Work

01

Clarity Before Implementation

A clearly understood problem is worth more than an impressive technical solution built on the wrong assumption.

02

Reliability Beyond Demonstration

A successful demo proves an idea can work. A dependable production system proves it keeps working under real conditions.

03

Systems Instead of Heroics

Strong delivery should not depend on one person repeatedly rescuing a project. It should come from clear processes, ownership and communication.

04

Trust Through Ownership

Trust is built when people communicate honestly, take responsibility and remain accountable after the initial delivery.

Experience Built Through Real Delivery

I have worked across AI, automation, web platforms, mobile applications, and business-critical operational systems — in entertainment, travel, sports, education, retail, healthcare, real estate, food and beverage, and hospitality.

The work has involved far more than launching products. It has included translating unclear requirements, improving delivery processes, resolving production challenges, supporting long-term platforms, and helping teams make better technical decisions.

That experience has been shaped by international delivery across 10+ countries, cross-industry platforms, and client relationships built to last through changing requirements and teams.

  • AI and Automation

AI-powered operational systems, agents, and workflow automation.

  • Digital Product Engineering

Production-ready web, mobile, and business platforms.

  • Architecture and Reliability

Platform modernisation, scalable architecture, and production reliability.

  • Technology Leadership

Engineering standards, team structure, and dependable delivery.

Building Technology Is Only Part of the Work

Community Leadership

Through the FlutterFlow Developer Group Rajkot, I help organise meetups, workshops, hackathons, and mentoring programmes that give developers a place to learn, experiment, and grow together.

This work has shown me that leadership is also about creating opportunities for other people to move forward.

I Built This From Rajkot, and That Was the Point

I have never needed to leave Rajkot to work with teams in ten countries. Building here meant building a company, a team, and a developer community from the ground up rather than inheriting one — and that shaped how I think about technology. Systems have to work without the founder in the room. Teams have to be able to grow where they are. I would rather build something that lasts in the place I am from than something impressive somewhere else.

Want to Continue the Conversation?

I build AI, automation, and software systems through Conversantech, speak at technology events, and organise developer community programmes in Rajkot. If any of that overlaps with what you are working on, I am glad to talk.
